Greg Gore, M.A.

In 1998, Greg began his private practice in psychotherapy with the group now known as Preston Family Practice.  Today, he has an active practice that specializes in working with children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, oppositional/defiant behavior, mood disorders and learning differences. His practice includes a focus on social skills groups for children and teens.  Greg also serves as a consultant to numerous schools and churches in the DFW area.

A native Dallasite, Greg attended Howard Payne University after graduating from Lake Highlands High School.  His educational pursuits then led him to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for graduate school where he felt called to prepare for the ministry of counseling. 

Upon completion of his Master’s degrees in Religious Education and Marriage and Family Therapy, Greg served as Clinical Coordinator for the Minirth Christian Program at Green Oaks Hospital in Dallas.  At that time, he was also being mentored and trained by Dr. Paul Warren who had a profound influence on Greg’s counseling philosophy and spiritual formation.
